Three years — hundreds of projects, thousands of hypotheses, and one conclusion: marketing only works as a system. During this time, we have gone through dozens of niches, different markets, and budgets — and each time we have been convinced of the same thing.

Why “Team”

A team is not just a word, it is a system.

Consider CRM: it is effective not because it has a separate module for calls or deals, but because all parts work together. The same goes for omnichannel marketing: Google Ads fuels demand, Meta Ads closes it through retargeting, brand identity builds recognition, and the website converts. Analytics shows where the chains are breaking. CRM records everything and prevents leads from getting lost. Each element reinforces the other.

Over three years, we have built just such a system within our team: Google Ads, YouTube, Maps, Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok, UX/UI design, brand identity, CRM implementation and automation — all under one roof, with a single logic and a shared focus on results. Over the years of experience gained, everyone has become an expert in their field, while some have just started their journey with us.

When people say, “We work with different niches,” it's often just empty words. We have specifics: 153 niches worked in digital. Beauty salons in London, dental clinics in the US, furniture manufacturing, restaurants, construction companies, online schools, franchises — and hundreds more in between. Ukraine, Europe, the US — markets with different levels of competition, different cost per click, and different audience behavior.
During this time, we have implemented 703+ projects and generated 18,150+ targeted applications for clients. Not traffic, not impressions — real leads from an interested audience that entered the funnel and moved on to the sale.

This figure does not appear on its own. Behind it is a specific process that is the same for every client: market and competitor analysis, filling out a brief, forming a 30-day promotion strategy — even before the start, so that the client understands the logic behind each step and can influence it.
